General terms and conditions

All reservations must be guaranteed: Deposit, credit card number, fax with letterhead or e-mail with contact details.

Methods of payment:

Credit cards accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS, JCB, bank cheque, holiday vouchers.

Cancellation:

No charge for a cancellation confirmed in writing (by fax or by e-mail) before 12 noon Paris time, the day of arrival.

After this time the first night will be billed.

Shortened stay:

Guests will be charged one night in compensation for any shortened stay not indicated before 12 noon the day of departure.

Check-out:

Rooms must be vacated by 12 noon. Guests wishing to check-out later must contact the reception.

Check-in:

We will do everything we can to make your room available to you as soon as possible. You should however plan on entering your room from 2:30pm on.

Cots:

No extra charge.

Animals are allowed in our hotel:

8 euros per day and per animal (food not included).
